Each Spravato treatment session lasts about two hours, after which patients should have someone available to accompany them home safely. During the treatment, participants administer the Spravato nasal spray themselves under the supervision of a healthcare provider. Following administration, there is an observation period of at least two hours during which patients can rest comfortably while blood pressure and other vital signs are closely monitored. We recommend patients bring headphones to listen to music and eye shades to facilitate an inward journey of introspection. Aromatherapy is also provided to enhance comfort and relaxation.
Each treatment lasts about 40 minutes and is conducted in a safe, comfortable, and monitored environment. A dedicated nurse will be present throughout the entire process to monitor your blood pressure, heart rate, and oxygen saturation, ensuring your safety and well-being.
