Our journey with our beautiful daughter started with in-patient treatment but then once that was completed, we had no idea where to turn. That is the reason we started this clinic. We want to provide a continuum of care so that you or your loved one can enter back into our community seamlessly, get on-going support for continued stability with a goal of eventually living symptom free.

Continue Your Care

We have partnered with inpatient behavioral health facilities in our area. When you are ready to leave and live again, please don’t do it alone. Call us so we can assist you continue your care with us or let us help find a community partner that can assist you on your journey!

Mental Health Facilities

Mental health facilities treat a variety of mental and behavioral health issues and offer a range of short-term services such as therapy, counseling, and intervention to help patients stabilize and recover.

Substance Use Facilities

Alcohol and drug rehabilitation facilities treat addictions and may also offer detoxification services.

Halfway Houses

Halfway houses are typically community-based facilities that provide assisted living for people with mental illnesses, and often help them transition to self-sufficiency.
